SlotGems KYC Verification: When It’s Required And What To Prepare
SlotGems uses KYC checks to confirm your identity, your address, and that you control the payment method used on the account.
SlotGems requests verification before the first withdrawal, and it can also trigger checks after large deposits, unusually high withdrawal requests, changes to personal details, or if the same payment method appears on more than one account.
The process starts in the account area: you upload photos or scans of documents, submit them, and wait for a review decision. SlotGems may ask for a re-upload if images are cropped, blurry, or missing required details.
Standard reviews take 24–72 hours after all documents are submitted in the correct format. If the case needs manual checks (mismatched details, incomplete address, payment review), it can take up to 5 business days.
- Identity (ID/Passport): A valid passport or national ID card showing your full name, date of birth, document number, and expiry date. SlotGems typically needs a full-color image of the whole document; if you use an ID card, upload both sides. A selfie holding the document may be requested if the upload needs extra confirmation.
- Address proof: A document dated within the last 90 days showing your full name and current residential address. Common options are a utility bill (electricity, gas, water), a bank statement, or a government letter. Screenshots and edited PDFs are rejected; SlotGems checks for full-page documents with the issuer name and date visible.
- Payment method: Proof that you own the payment method used for deposits. For bank cards, SlotGems asks for a photo of the card where only the last 4 digits and your name are visible (cover the middle digits and CVV). For e-wallets, SlotGems requests a screenshot of the wallet profile page showing your name and account email/ID, plus a transaction or deposit record linked to SlotGems.
SlotGems only approves withdrawals after KYC is marked as completed and the payment method review matches the deposit source used on the account.
